Michael Wilhelm - President
Mike, a graduate of Lebanon Valley College, began his career as a CPA helping clients achieve their financial goals and MBI was one of those clients. MBI had some unique challenges at the time and Mike joined the team as General Manager/CFO. His challenge was to position MBI to thrive during the next phase of leadership while benefiting the company, all our employees and the retiring owners. MBI accomplished this in April 2018 when we became employee owned. Mike has worked hard to position the company to take on the current challenges in the ever-changing manufacturing market by investing in new machinery and software and heading continuous improvement in our manufacturing methods and productivity.

Mark - Vice President - Engineering
Mark has been with MBI for 47 years and has served in many roles. Mark started out on a Tape Drill, moved to a Jig Bore, became a Manufacturing Engineer, and ran almost every machine in MBI's shop. Mark eventually helped create our Estimating System and became Lead Estimator. Mark currently oversees the Estimating and Programming Departments and is a wealth of knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering Mold Bases. When we became employee owned in 2018, Mark became Vice President of MBI.

Steve Eckels - Corporate Secretary and Production Manager
Steve has been with MBI for over 40 years. He started as a maintenance mechanic and manager in a few different roles before moving to Shift Foreman. He became the Corporate Secretary for MBI and took over full oversight of our manufacturing process in 2018 when we became employee owned. Steve has 40 years of practical knowledge that allows him to succeed in leading a team of 40 employees as well as helping customers achieve their manufacturing goals.
